Introduction

The next three pages provide a small selection of Marian's poems and are entitled 'Ode from a Dragonfly to a Butterfly', 'A Chant - Three in One' and 'There was a young man called Tony'. These are a sample from the book called "Poems of Love, Life and Laughter" containing a collection of her poems. The book was published on 25th June, 2004.

"I have always loved poetry and was influenced by my maternal grandma Eatough, at the tender age of 11, when she gave me my first book of poems. This was Poetical Works by Robert Louis Stevenson, the first section being named A Child's Garden of Verses ."
